Get your pool back on track
Whether maintenance has fallen behind, you have recently moved into a home with a pool or you simply need some professional help, a one-off service gives your pool a thorough clean, water test and equipment check without arranging ongoing servicing.
Tell us what has been happening and what you would like help with. We’ll confirm whether a standard one-off service is the right starting point for your pool.
Our 30-Point Pool Service
Every standard one-off service follows Cassaro’s complete 30-point checklist, covering the cleanliness, water chemistry, circulation, filtration and equipment condition of your pool.
It is the same structured approach used for our regular customers, designed to ensure nothing important is overlooked during the visit.
Cleaning
Skimming, brushing, vacuuming, waterline care and baskets.
Water care
Comprehensive testing, balance assessment and required adjustments.
Circulation and filtration
Flow, filter pressure, backwashing or cartridge care.
Equipment
Pump, filter, chlorinator, cleaner, leaks and visible wear.
Service reporting
Before-and-after photos, chemicals added, findings and recommendations.
Know exactly what happened at your service
Your one-off service is documented with before-and-after photos and a detailed report showing:
- Work completed
- Water-test results
- Chemicals added
- Equipment or maintenance concerns
- Recommended follow-up work
You receive a clear record of the visit, even when you aren’t home. If we identify something requiring further maintenance, repair or specialist treatment, we’ll record it in your report and explain the recommended next step.
Is a one-off service right for your pool?
A standard one-off service is designed for a reasonably accessible and operational pool that needs professional cleaning, water care and routine equipment checks.
A one-off service may suit
- Maintenance has fallen behind
- You have recently moved into a home with a pool
- You want the pool checked and cleaned before an event
- You need professional help before returning to your own routine
- The pool needs a thorough service but is not green or severely neglected
You may need a different service
- The water is green or has a significant algae problem
- The pool contains unusually heavy debris
- Equipment has stopped working
- You suspect a leak
- The pool needs specialist stain, metal or calcium treatment
- The work is likely to require repairs or more than one visit
Not sure which service you need? Tell us what is happening and send photos if possible. We’ll help identify the right starting point before confirming the booking.

Chemicals
Chemicals are charged separately according to what your pool requires and the quantity added. Your service report records what was used and any recommended follow-up treatment.
We’ll seek your approval before unusually large or costly treatments. Specialist corrective treatments may be quoted separately.
Am I committing to ongoing servicing?
No. A one-off service is a single visit and does not enrol you in regular servicing. If you later decide you would like ongoing care, we can discuss a suitable service interval with you.
What if my pool needs more than a standard one-off service?
Not every pool can be brought back into good condition during a standard one-off visit. Green water, severe algae, heavy debris, equipment faults and specialist corrective treatments may require additional time, another visit or a separate quote. If you tell us what is happening and send photos when enquiring, we can help identify the appropriate starting point.
Before your one-off service
What information should I provide?
Tell us your suburb, the condition of the pool, what you would like help with and whether there is a particular date involved. Photos of the pool and equipment can help us understand what may be required.
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not need to be home if the technician has safe and unobstructed access to the pool and equipment.
What should I do before the technician arrives?
Make sure gates are unlocked, access is clear, pets are secured and the pool water is at approximately the middle of the skimmer opening. Let us know about any access instructions or specific concerns beforehand.
Can I request a particular date?
You can provide a preferred date, but an enquiry is not a confirmed appointment until availability and the service details have been agreed with our team. Call us for time-sensitive requests.
Need a hand with your pool?
Tell us your suburb, what has been happening and what you would like help with. Photos are useful if you are unsure which service your pool needs.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Call for time-sensitive availability.
