REGULAR POOL CARE

A pool you can enjoy without another job on the list

Regular servicing brings together professional cleaning, comprehensive water testing and preventative equipment checks to keep your pool clear, maintained and ready to enjoy.

We’ll agree on a regular service interval suited to your pool and budget. As its service history grows, we can see how it performs between visits and recommend whether that interval should stay the same or be adjusted.

Our 30-Point Pool Service

Every standard service follows Cassaro’s own 30-point checklist, covering 30 individual checks across the cleanliness, water chemistry, circulation, filtration and equipment condition of your pool.

It’s our complete approach to regular pool care, designed to ensure nothing important is overlooked.

30 checkpoints across five areas of pool care

Cleaning

Skimming, brushing, vacuuming, waterline care and baskets.

Water care

Comprehensive testing, balance assessment and required adjustments.

Circulation and filtration

Flow, filter pressure, backwashing or cartridge care.

Equipment

Pump, filter, chlorinator, cleaner, leaks and visible wear.

Service reporting

Before-and-after photos, chemicals added, findings and recommendations.

AFTER EVERY SERVICE

Know exactly what happened at your service

Every standard service is documented with before-and-after photos and a detailed report showing:

  • Work completed
  • Water-test results
  • Chemicals added
  • Equipment or maintenance concerns
  • Recommended follow-up work

You receive a clear record of your pool’s care, even when you aren’t home. If we identify a developing maintenance or equipment issue, it will be recorded in your report with a recommended next step.

A service routine built around your pool

Pool care isn’t one-size-fits-all. The right interval depends on your pool and equipment, how often it’s used, its surroundings, the season, what you’re comfortable doing between visits and your budget.

Monthly servicing is the most common starting point. More frequent visits allow us to manage more of the routine care, while longer intervals suit owners who are comfortable completing agreed tasks between services.

As your pool’s service history grows, its water-test results and condition give us a clearer picture of how it performs between visits. We can then recommend whether the interval should remain the same or be adjusted.

Service intervalMay suit
Weekly or fortnightlyFor higher-use pools, demanding conditions or pools requiring closer, more frequent professional care.
Every 3–4 weeksA common starting point for residential pools that remain reasonably stable between visits.
What might I need to do between services?

This depends on your pool and how frequently we visit. With more frequent servicing, Cassaro can manage more of the ongoing care. If visits are spaced further apart, you may need to complete a few simple tasks between services—such as checking the water level, emptying baskets or keeping an eye on the pool after heavy rain.

Every Cassaro visit still includes our complete 30-point service protocol. We’ll explain anything your pool may need between visits and help you choose an arrangement you’re comfortable with.

CLEAR SERVICE PRICING

Know what your service costs

Standard pool service

Chemicals

Chemicals are charged separately according to what your pool requires and the quantity added. Your service report records what was used and any recommended follow-up treatment.

We’ll seek your approval before unusually large or costly treatments. Specialist corrective treatments may be quoted separately.

Am I locked into a fixed-term contract?

No. Regular servicing continues at the agreed interval until you ask us to change, pause or cancel the service. Our usual notice requirements apply to appointments already scheduled.

What may require a separate service or quote?

Green pool recovery, substantial debris removal, stain treatment, leak detection, equipment repairs or replacement, major restoration and work requiring specialist trades fall outside routine servicing.

If we identify something beyond the standard service, we’ll explain the next step and any additional cost before proceeding.

Ask about green pool recovery or explore equipment help.

WHAT OUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS SAY

Pool care you don’t have to chase

★★★★★

“The team at Cassaro are fantastic. They turn up when they say they will, let us know what they’ve done and are always upfront about costs. We trust them to keep everything running properly, so we don’t have to think about the pool anymore.”

Before your first visit

Do I need to be home?

No, provided we have safe and unobstructed access to the property, pool and equipment area.

What should I do before the technician arrives?

Please ensure the technician has safe access, the water is around the middle of the skimmer opening, equipment is accessible and pets are secured.

Are chemicals included?

No. Chemicals are charged separately according to what your pool requires and the quantity added. We’ll seek approval before unusually large or costly treatments.

What if my pool is green or heavily neglected?

Green pool recovery and substantial debris removal require a separate service because they generally involve staged treatment, additional chemicals and follow-up visits.
