You maintain the pool. We test and balance the water.
Test & Balance is designed for pool owners who are comfortable handling their own cleaning and equipment care but want professional help managing their water chemistry.
We visit your pool, complete a comprehensive water test and make the appropriate chemical adjustments based on your results and Cassaro’s recommended balance targets. You remain responsible for maintaining the pool and its equipment between visits.
What your Test & Balance visit includes
Professional water testing
We test the key elements of your pool water to understand its current chemistry and identify the adjustments required.
Chemical assessment and dosing
We calculate the required adjustments and add the routine pool chemicals needed during the visit.
A clear record of the visit
Your results and the chemicals added are recorded, along with any water-care recommendations or follow-up treatment identified through testing.
Chemicals are charged separately according to the products and quantities added.
What we handle—and what you continue to manage
Test & Balance focuses specifically on water chemistry. It works best when the pool is already clean, accessible and operating correctly.
Cassaro handles
- Professional water testing

Know what your visit costs
Test & Balance
$49 including GST
Plus chemicals used
Chemicals
Chemicals are charged separately according to what your pool requires and the quantities added. We add only the chemicals required based on your water-test results.
Your visit record will show the chemicals used. We’ll seek your approval before unusually large or costly treatments.
Specialist treatments for algae, stains, metals, calcium, phosphates or other significant water problems may require additional work or a separate quote.
Are chemicals included in the $49 service fee?
No. Chemicals are charged separately according to the products and quantities required and added during the visit.
What if my pool is green or cloudy?
A green pool or significant algae problem requires a different treatment process and may need more than one visit. Tell us about the pool’s condition and send photos when enquiring so we can recommend the appropriate service.
Before your Test & Balance visit
What should I do before the technician arrives?
Make sure the technician has safe access to the pool and equipment, the water is approximately halfway up the skimmer opening, gates are unlocked and pets are secured. The pool’s circulation system should be operational.
Should I tell you about chemicals recently added?
Yes. Tell us about any chemicals added during the previous 48 hours. Recent chemical treatment can affect the test results and the recommendations made during the visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not need to be home if we have safe, unobstructed access to the pool and equipment and all relevant access instructions have been provided.
Want us to balance your pool water?
Tell us your suburb and what has been happening with your pool. We’ll confirm whether Test & Balance is the right service and check availability for your address.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Call for time-sensitive availability.
